Hi there - may I congratulate you on an absolutely first class idea. I have already recommended you to several friends of mine, one Mrs. Annette Carey from Cheltenham I know is going to order , I sold the idea to her down the phone this evening !! I have already bought two of your products and will without doubt order from you online in the near future - I will spread the word among my friends as well. Again - brilliant idea - well done and every success !!
Kind regards

Hi there, I came by several of your products whilst visiting my parents in Shipley. They had also been exhibitors at the food show in Harrogate in June.
I made the Goan-style Pork last night and it was a huge hit with my two sons (ages 19 and 16). The flavours blended together nicely and it wasn't too sweet. As the cook, I have to say that your product was very user-friendly. The ingredient list was uncomplicated and the instructions were clear enough to be "idiot-proof".
I'm looking forward to trying one of the other varieties (Chicken Tikka Masala or Prawns in Hot and Sweet Sauce).
Thank you for helping to show my American-born sons that there's more to Indian cuisine than simply swamping everything in curry (flavoured) sauce.

Hi Chandra and Rekha,
We met at the Yorkshire Food networking evening recently and you were kind enough to give me some samples of your Kitchen Guru packs. I finally cooked the Goan Pork at the weekend, with my seven year old daughter and I can happily report that it was such a success. My daughter loved the idea of everything being in such small packs (good potential for the schools market) and the finished article was absolutely delicious. We cook a lot of Indian food at home but this was the most aromatic dish we have ever made.
I gave the other pack (can't remember if it was Chicken Tikka or Chicken Tikka Masala) to a friend who doesn't cook much - she'd rather be a lady that lunches! She found it really easy to follow, loved the taste and is a convert.
Congratulations on having a wonderful idea and following it through.
Best wishes for your continued success,

Hi, Last weekend my mother-in-law made us the first curry she has ever made us in over 15 years of my looking after her daughter and it was surprisingly tasty !!!

Dear Rekha,
A really great idea...I buy spices a lot, but most of the less common ones are stale by the time I use them. Wish I had thought of it! The Chick Pea curry is fantastic

Dear Rekha,
These easy pre-packed spices and simple recips are great for a beginner like me. I love eating indian, but have not cooked much as you have to have so many spices, etc. and my cupboard is not big enough!

On our way back from York early this year we stopped somewhere where there was a Dartington outlet and we purchased spices etc. to make up dishes - 'an authentic Indian experience' - could you please tell me of somewhere in the South West where we can again purchase these recipes etc. we have never seen them before and thoroughly enjoyed them. Many thanks.

Hi, I recently went to a food faire at the Armouries in Leeds where I picked up some of the packets of spices in a recipe pack. I really enjoyed cooking with these and think they are a marvellous idea for the novice cook and wondered if you did a mail order system or if you could tell me where I can buy them in Leeds.
Many thanks

I picked up your chicken madras kit at the Good food Show and would just like to say how brilliant it was. It was so simple to follow and the result was fantastic. The gentleman at the show said that once I had had one I would not go back to curry out of a jar and he was right! Please could you let me know how I can get hold of some more of the madras and some other flavours as I plan to have a dinner party soon.

Hi! I bought a couple of your products from the stall at the Good Food show last week and tried the chick pea one tonight. I just wanted to say how easy it was to make and how delicious it was. We will certainly be using these again I think they're a fabulous idea and wish you all the best!
Thanks
regards

Dear Kitchen-guru Team,
Over the weekend I used 2 of your products and I was so impressed that I wanted to email straight away to say "Brilliant" and to ask if it is possible to buy any of your products directly. I live in the Netherlands and bought each spice pack for around £2 each from "The Expat Shop". I often make Indian recipes but sometimes find it difficult to buy particular spices - dried curry leaves for example. The packaging of spices for individual meals is a great idea.
Good luck, I look forward to trying further items from your range.
Yours sincerely
