A wonderfully cool, nutritious and refreshing drink, perfect with any Indian meal!
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 60 minutes
Ingredients:
500g natural yogurt
500ml cold water
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp salt
Step 1
Into a clean large bowl, add the yogurt and water and whisk until smooth.
Crush the cumin seeds.Step 2
Crush the cumin seeds.
Step 3
Add to the mixture with the salt.
Step 4
Thoroughly whisk again before serving.
Step 5
For an extra refreshing finish, add some ice-cubes and store in the fridge one hour before serving.
